Wanted to see Nicosia popular places and this apartment was excellent base for exploring most of them. Its staff was very helpful. Satisfied with all conveniences, bunk beds and garden available. Found a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels in the bathroom...

Tbh, the room was very small.

I stayed at Nicosia Rooms Studios for a few days with my family of 5. The room was spacious enough and had all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer in the room, and the outdoor garden area was a great addition. The host, Lambis, was incredibly hospitable and took care of us, especially my parents who had just been discharged from the hospital. His kindness in our time of need was truly angelic. The room was also very clean and tidy, and the price was extremely affordable. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I am in the area.

The property has a beautiful garden with a variety of trees, and there is a parking lot available for guests with cars. The location is convenient, with a supermarket within walking distance that is open until 20:00. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet surroundings for a peaceful night's sleep.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the fact that the studio apartment was fully equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the room was also spotlessly clean, which was a major plus. the owner was very helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The walls in the studio were quite thin, so I could hear noise from other guests. the road outside could also get crowded in the mornings, causing some disturbance.

Close to the airport, so I could catch my flight super easily. The private parking was a nice touch, I'm sure my car enjoyed the stay as much as I did.
